Scott White
President

Scott White is the President of IGS Energy. As one of the company’s founders, he has been with IGS Energy since 1989. Scott has a deep understanding of the energy market overall, and has extensive experience in all aspects of natural gas supply functions, trading, distribution and marketing, including more than 20 years experience in senior-level management positions with enterprise-wide financial and administration responsibilities for the company. Under his leadership, IGS Energy has grown from a three-person start-up natural gas company with almost $1 million in sales in 1989 to a 200+ employee organization that is continuing to explore other energy sources, most recently electricity, with more than $1.4 billion in revenue in 2010. Scott serves on the Board of Directors for IGS Energy, Saven Corporation, the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA), and is a member of the Ohio Gas Association and the Ohio Oil and Gas Association. The Columbus native graduated from Ohio University with a degree in finance and marketing. Scott currently lives in Dublin, Ohio, with his wife and three children.
 

Doug Austin
Executive Vice President

Doug Austin is the Executive Vice President of IGS Energy, and is directly responsible for all sales and marketing functions, including customer relationship management and customer operations. IGS Energy currently serves more than 2,000 large commercial and mid-market industrial customers within the company’s footprint. Across the IGS Energy customer portfolio, IGS Energy serves more than 800,000 residential and small commercial customers. Doug began his career with IGS Energy in 1992 and under his direction and leadership, annual sales revenues grew from $6 million in 1992 to more than $1.4 billion during fiscal 2010. Doug currently serves on the Board of Directors for IGS Energy, Saven Corporation, The Ohio Gas Association, and Recreation Unlimited. Doug holds a bachelors degree in Communications from Ohio University. He currently lives in Dublin, Ohio, and has two children.
 

Vincent A. Parisi
General Counsel/Regulatory Affairs Officer

Vincent A. Parisi is General Counsel and Regulatory Affairs Officer for IGS Energy; responsible for all legal matters and regulatory issues in IGS Energy’s entire footprint addressing marketplace issues and competitive opportunities involving various state commissions, legislators and regulatory bodies. Under Vince’s direction, the legal department oversees and manages all internal and external legal and regulatory resources, collaborating with and calling upon in-market counsel in all Midwestern states where IGS Energy has a presence. Additionally, Vince and the Legal Department have direct oversight of credit functions and management of credit risk to reduce overall corporate risk. Prior to joining IGS Energy in 2003, Vincent worked for the Ohio law firm, Chester, Willcox & Saxbe LLP (“CW&S”) practicing in the energy, employment, litigation, bankruptcy, and real estate law areas. Vince is a leading member of Ohio Gas Marketers Group, New York State Energy Marketers Coalition, Retail Gas Suppliers in Illinois, and is Mid-west Director of Policy for National Energy Marketers association. Vince is a graduate of Ohio State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, with a concentration in statistical analysis. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Capital University Law School, was an editor on the Law Review staff and received awards in Contract Law, Tax Law, Constitutional Law and Civil Procedure. Additionally, Vincent successfully completed an advanced LLM degree in Business and Tax law in 2001. He currently lives in Hilliard, Ohio, with his wife and three children.
 

David C. Warner
Chief Financial Officer

David Warner is the Chief Financial Officer of IGS Energy, and is responsible for a number of strategic and financial corporate functions including operations, accounting, treasury, human resources and facilities. Dave has extensive senior-level energy industry experience which includes: 13 years in various front-, mid-, and back-office leadership roles with Enron, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and Access Energy. Dave joined IGS Energy in 2005 following his tenure at AEP where he was Vice President of Operations responsible for daily transaction management focusing on contract administration, trade deal confirmation, and operational accounting. While at AEP, he also had responsibility for the unregulated retail business units in Ohio and Texas. Additionally, Dave also led two significant divestiture transactions. Prior to AEP, Dave spent two years as Vice President Finance and Operations for a local technology startup company. Dave has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Bowling Green State University and currently lives in Dublin, Ohio, with his wife and two children.
 

Ronald Waterman
Assistant General Counsel

Ronald Waterman is the Assistant General Counsel for IGS Energy and is responsible for overseeing credit, collections, compliance, contract drafting/review and general legal support for IGS Energy and its subsidiaries. Before joining IGS Energy in 2007, Mr. Waterman served as counsel to a nine-branch, nationally-chartered bank that catered to small businesses. Prior to that, he was a partner in a central Ohio law firm where he advised and litigated for small business clients. He began his professional career as an auditor with KPMG Peat Marwick. Ron is licensed to practice law before all Ohio state courts, as well as Ohio's Northern and Southern federal district and bankruptcy courts. He graduated first in his class of 196 from Capital University Law School and received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University in its honors accounting program. Ron is a member of the Board of Directors and General Counsel to the Union County Humane Society, as well as a member of the Columbus Zoological Park Association Board. He currently lives in Marysville, Ohio, with his wife and two children.

Larry Friedeman
Vice President of Choice Markets

As Vice President of Choice Markets, Larry's responsibilities include marketing, contact center activities and compliance. Larry brings to the table broad knowledge of the non-regulated natural gas industry, having previously served in regulatory capacities for more than a decade as a primary point of contact between suppliers and utility regulatory commissions in ten states across the mid-west and eastern US. Larry received both a Bachelor's and Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He is married and has two grown children.

Anthony J. DiGioia, Jr. CPA
Controller

Anthony DiGioia is the Controller for IGS Energy, and is responsible for cash management, financial accounting, risk administration, and settlements. Tony joined IGS Energy in 2006 from AEP where he served for six years in numerous leadership roles for various products. There, he was responsible for managing teams that financially settled and provided accounting entries for wholesale products such as coal, crude, emission allowances, natural gas, power, and weather derivatives. Additionally, Anthony managed the Gross Margin Analysis group for these products and ISO/RTO Settlements for ERCOT and PJM, respectively. Prior to AEP, Tony worked with Deloitte and Touche, LLP, where he primarily served their two largest publicly traded companies. He has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minor in Economics from The Ohio State University. He is a member of the AICPA and Ohio Society of CPA’s. He currently lives in Hilliard, Ohio, with his wife and three children.
  

Gary A. Harris
Director of Customer Operations

Gary Harris is the Director of Customer Operations for IGS Energy, and is responsible for all customer contact center functions including inbound and outbound calling, electronic communications with customers, incoming mail, and customer enrollment. Gary joined IGS Energy in 2009 from Fiserv where he was a Manager of Customer Operations responsible for daily customer contact center management, WebChat, and claims administration for many Fortune 500 financial institutions. While at Fiserv, he also had responsibility for leadership development programs and performance management tools for contact centers located in Dublin, Ohio, Aurora, Illinois and Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to Fiserv, Gary spent two years as the Director of Call Center Operations at the Scotts Company and 12 years at Discover Financial Services. Gary’s extensive, 14-year contact center experience includes various positions including: training manager, debt sales manager, consumer credit counseling manager, collection manager and reporting manager. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University. He currently lives in Pickerington, Ohio, and has two children.
  

James C. Kilgore
Director of Marketing

As Director of Marketing, Jim oversees all marketing activities at IGS Energy, from planning to execution, with the singular goal of offering smart energy choices to gas consumers so they may make smarter energy decisions. Immediately prior to joining IGS Energy, Jim spent 18 years with Nationwide Insurance, holding several marketing roles across a variety of business units. Before joining Nationwide, he was Director of Marketing at Franklin University, Product Manager at Merrill Publishing and a Senior Planner at Battelle Memorial Institute. Jim holds a BSBA in Marketing and MBA from Western Carolina University, with additional graduate coursework in Statistics from The Ohio State University. He lives in Columbus, Ohio, with his wife and two children.
